We know you or someone special will love your TROVE box. Due to the nature of our product, we must approve each return on a case by case basis. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and follow the below process for a return approval. All returns are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

Trove Returns Procedure:

  1. For a return request, please email customercare@trove.store with ‘Return’ and your order number in the subject field along with the details for your return in the email. If your return is accepted you will be emailed a return authorisation number to include with your returned package.

  2. Pack and secure the Trove piece in its original boxes and packaging. All returns must be returned securely in their original condition.

  3. Please ship your items back to us within 21 days of receipt, a shipping address will be provided upon return approval. Note that approved international returns will be allowed a longer period for shipping so long as tracking details are provided.

  4. Return shipping cost is to be paid by the purchaser, please ensure you select tracking as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. In the event of a faulty item, we will cover this shipping cost.

  5. Once received, the item will be checked and processed within 72 hrs.You will receive an email confirming our receipt and successfully returned items will be either refunded or credited. Shipping will not be refunded.
